Each service is governed by its own separate client agreement, which you must sign before services commence. These Terms govern your use of our website and general relationship with us.
You should always consult with your own licensed attorney, CPA, or financial advisor before making any financial decisions. Secure Finance Growth and its advisors act only when formally engaged under a signed advisory agreement.
To access certain services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Advisory fees are disclosed in your client agreement and are billed monthly. Fees are flat, transparent, and do not include commissions. Plans can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
Loan origination fees, closing costs, insurance premiums, and any other transactional fees will be disclosed in writing before you sign any agreement. No hidden fees — ever.
We accept ACH transfers, credit/debit cards, and wire transfers. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Except for small claims court actions, any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, utility failures, or government actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where possible, communicated via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with your client agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Secure Finance Growth and supersede all prior understandings.
